« on: August 08, 2016, 08:05:56 AM »
To solve most of the problems we suggest to reset the phone completely, included the service settings, solving all the problems you may experience if your phone is misconfigured:

1. Connect the phone to a PC and save all pictures / important files.

2. Open our app, Press GCF Setting Button.

If the phone is S5 or newer model then tap these options in the following order:
UE Setting & Info >
Setting >
System >
NV Rebuild >
ALL

If the phone is S4 or older model then tap these options in the following order:
UMTS>
COMMON>
NV Rebuild>
Load Default NV

Please be CAREFULL as "NV Rebuild" menu have a "erase efs" option, DO NOT press it!

Reboot.
Note: The above procedure reset all the service settings and lock the phone.

3. Factory reset the phone from Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset

4. Download the updated rom for your phone, we suggest to use a Marshmallow PD2 rom maximum, so you can tap unlock without the need to root it (download the rom from our stock roms topic, select one for your model:

Flash it with Odin3 for Windows in AP slot:

Follow the steps listed here to flash a stock rom:

5. At the first boot dial:
##72786#
Then answer "Yes", it will reset all the provisional settings.

6. (Optional) Root the phone using the thread related to your phone, you need root if you want to unlock hotspot or use our debranding menu:

7. Download our app again and tap unlock.

8. If your phone is not rooted then manually set the APN of your carrier, if you rooted it then the procedure is done automatically:

Thanks Rose, anyway our procedure resets also the NV Items (service menu items) and the provisional setting.
Our procedure is needed to fix a misconfigured device.
See you ;-)
