What's your ROM version?

Flash a stock ROM, all the errors will be fixed, grab the ROM here:

Please note that if you intend to unlock your device you shouldn't flash a QJ3 or above (QL3, RC1) ROM because our app isn't yet compatible with such ROM versions.

RD2 ROM has a new protection that requires root and modem downgrade.

To check the ROM version of your device please read this post:

1.) If your Sprint, Boost Mobile, Credo Mobile or Virgin Mobile SM-G930P or SM-G935P is on RD2 then you should root it, if needed please check these instructions:

2.) Once done you should downgrade the modem as shown below (put the device in "Downloading Mode" to flash the modem):

3.) With the downgraded modem you will be able to unlock your device using our app, Click for Instructions

4.) *Optional:* To revert the modem to the updated version flash the binary 6 one.

Without a pc or a computer if I have to

You need a PC

No, our app cannot unlock J7 Emerge and J7 Perx on QJ3 or above ROMs yet.

No, it happens if the license become outdated because of a device property change.

If it happens you just need to message us for the license to be updated.

If you put a SIM card your phone say no SIM?

Hmm, then the SIM may be dirty or broken, or there is a SIM card reader problem.

Try to use that SIM on another device, or just remove it, clean it and place it back. to test.

If the phone is locked then the message is "Invalid SIM", your issue is another one.

If you read "Invalid SIM" then it relocked, the problem is that (as far as I know) RD2 cannot be rooted yet, thus cannot be unlocked.

This kind of communications should be done through email, I miss your data, that transactions number is on your PayPal side only.

Maybe the app should not allow me to purchase license if my rom if not supported?

No, because debrand, tethering and MSL read are still doable on such ROM version.

If your ROM device version is QJ3 or above then our app cannot unlock it, is that your case?
The app advise the customer that such ROM and above (on such model) are not supported, maybe you purchased a license anyway?

Please use Sammobile:

Consider to unlock your device before to upgrade it, because it seems there is no root for RB1 yet.
